Latest enhancements drive productivity and immediately improve sales performance

The release contains customer-sourced enhancements focused on a simplified user experience and provides additional analytics for sales leaders to make informed strategic decisions based on analytical, fact-based data.

Highlights of the release include:

  • Unified Voicemail- allows salespeople to pre-record messages in their own voice which can be left for prospects with the click of a button . With 40%-50% of outbound B2B calls resulting in voicemail, this feature saves time for salespeople and allows sales leaders to identify messages that generate the most return calls. Leaders can determine, for example, why one salesperson receives eight callbacks while another receives none. The most effective message can be standardized across the entire sales team resulting in up to 8x as many call backs.
  • Hot Transfer- enables salespeople to transfer a prospect to someone else- a feature that is essential to companies which make use of an ‘opener/closer’ sales model.
  • Better List Creation- simplifies the process of creating and maintaining prospect lists and provides new options to automatically create lists from CRM reports and views.
